Report Types

Diagram reports:

Activities (SIPOC): Builds a list of all activities within a specified scope of diagrams, and shows activity ID, text and notes.

Activity Inputs and Outputs: Builds a list of all the activity's input and output flow lines across the diagrams within a specified scope of diagrams.

Data Table Links: Builds a list of all places where a data table link exists within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the name of data table.

Diagram Costs: Builds a list of all the diagrams within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes all the costing, volume, etc. information relevant to a diagram.

Diagram Links: Builds a list of all diagram links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the source diagram, destination diagram, etc.

Diagrams: Builds a list of all diagrams within the specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as author, owner, version, etc.

File and Document Links: Builds a list of all file links and document links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the file, title, document number, document owner, etc.

Flow Line Links: Builds a list of all flow line links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the flow line link type, source diagram, destination diagram, etc.

Images: Builds a list of all the image objects used within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the type of the image, the sizes of the original and displayed  images, and the size of the image.

Internal Attachments: Builds a list of all internal document attachments and internal image attachments, within a specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the title, diagram, etc.

Metric Links: Builds a list of all metric links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the data source and the link's target.

Object Language Text Usage: Builds a list of all language variants used within a specified scope of diagrams.

Object Language Text Variants: Builds a list of objects within a specified scope of diagrams, for example activities, notes bubbles, etc. and provides details of each language variant supported in the process repository.

Objects: Builds a list of all the various diagram objects within a specified scope of diagrams, for example activities, free text, flow lines, notes bubbles, etc. This report is useful for data extraction.

Oracle Links: Builds a list of all Oracle link attachments in a scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the URL, title, etc.

Salesforce.com Links: Builds a list of all Salesforce.com links in the specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the URL, title, etc.

SAP Transaction Links: Builds a list of all SAP transaction links within the specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the SAP transaction code, link title, etc.

Scorecard Links: Builds a list of all scorecard links within the specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the scorecard's name and the link's title.

Storyboard Dependency: Builds a list of diagram and activity steps referenced in storyboards for a scope of diagrams.

Storyboard Links: Builds a list of all storyboard links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the storyboard's title and the link's title.

Swimlanes: Builds a list of all activities within a specified scope of diagrams and shows which swimlane activities belong to and includes activity ID, activity text, etc.

URL Links: Builds a list of all URL web links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the URL, title, etc.

Document Control reports:

Access Rights: Builds a list to show the default access rights and specific user access rights for all diagrams across a specified scope of diagrams.

Acknowledgement Progress: Builds a list of the acknowledgement statuses for each acknowledger on each diagram within a specified scope of diagrams. This can help to show where any delays exists in the acknowledgement cycle.

Acknowledgement Requests: Builds a list of acknowledgement requests across a scope of diagrams.

Acknowledgement Summary: Builds a high-level overview of the acknowledgement progress for a selected scope of diagrams. Note that you can double-click a row to view the Acknowledgement Progress report for a specific diagram.

Acknowledgements: Builds a list of all user acknowledgements across a specified scope of diagrams.

Actions: Builds a list of all actions across a specified scope of diagrams.

Change Logs: Builds a list of all diagram change log entries across a specified scope of diagrams.

Change Requests: Builds a list of all change requests across a specified scope of diagrams, and allows individual change requests to be progressed onto their next stage in the cycle.

Feedback: Builds a list of all feedback within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as feedback title, user, date, diagram, etc.

Keyword Groups: Builds a report showing the keyword groups and associated keywords in the current Process Repository.

Keywords: Builds a list of all the keywords that are associated across a scope of diagrams or across a scope of documents in the Document Registry. Each keyword associated with a diagram/document is listed as a new row in the report.

Map Compliance Report: Builds a report that displays statement sets and their links to maps in a selected scope of maps within the Process Repository.

Recurring Reviews: Builds a report that displays all recurring reviews across a selected scope of diagrams within the Process Repository.

Review Progress: Builds a report of the current review statuses of diagrams across a scope of diagrams.

Subscriptions: Builds a list of subscriptions within a specified scope of diagrams, and allows filtering and grouping on the users..  

User Group Associations: Builds a report to show all the user groups that are associated across a scope of diagrams or documents.

Resource reports:

Resource Costs: Builds a list of all resource within the specified scope of diagrams and includes all costing information relevant to the activity resource relationship.

Resource Groups: Shows a list of all resource groups.

Resource Usage: A usage count for all central resources. This is based on the resources used across a selected scope of diagrams.

Resources: Identifies where a selected resource exists within a specified scope of diagrams and displays information such as the diagram, activity, other resources, etc. Note that Suppliers are the other resources on any activities connected as inputs to a particular activity, and Customers are the other resources on activities connected as outputs from a particular activity.

User Activities: Identifies all activities where a selected user or user group exists based on their assigned resource roles within a specified scope of diagrams.

User Resources: Lists all the users and their resource roles.

Costing reports:

Activity Costs: Builds a list of all activities within a specified scope of diagrams and includes all the activity costing information.

Diagram Costs: Builds a list of all the diagrams within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes all the costing, volume, etc. information relevant to a diagram.

Resource Costs: Builds a list of all resource within a specified scope of diagrams and includes all costing information relevant to the activity resource relationship.

Data Table reports:

<Activity-DEFAULT>: Extracts all the activities and lines where selected table query criteria are satisfied.

<Change Request-DEFAULT>: Extracts all the activities and lines where selected table query criteria are satisfied.

Data Table Links: Builds a list of all places where a data table link exists within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the name of data table.

Business Control reports:

Business Controls Usage: Builds a list of all business controls within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the business control name and the object text.

Business Controls Comparison: Builds a list of all business controls used within a specified map and shows whether the same business controls are used, or not, within a selected copy of the map.

User Information reports:

Actions: View and manage Control actions, including change request, acknowledgement and review actions.

Active Users: This shows a list of the users that are currently logged into the system and includes an Email all active users option. (This is note appropriate to a scope of diagrams).

Assigned Users: Builds a list of all authorizers, acknowledger, reviewers, subscribers, owners and authors for all diagrams within a specified scope of diagrams.

Deleted Users: This shows a list of deleted user accounts. (This is not applicable to a scope of diagrams).

My Information: Builds a report showing all different functions within the scope of diagrams where your user account is assigned, e.g. where users are an authorizer, acknowledger, subscriber, author, owner, reviewer, etc.

User Activities: Identifies all activities where a selected user or user group exists based on their assigned resource roles, within a specified scope of diagrams.

User Group Favorite Managers: Shows a list of users that have permission to edit User Groups Favorites in the Web.  The report also shows which groups these users can edit

User Groups: This shows a list of all user groups. Active users are shown in blue. (This is note appropriate to a scope of diagrams).

User Resources: Lists all the users and their resource roles. Also includes a date and time stamp of when the user last logged into the Client and Web Server.

Users: This shows a list of all user accounts. (This is not appropriate to a scope of diagrams). You can add a group column to the report which shows which group(s) users are members of. Double-click a user account to access it.

Authorization reports:

Audit Trail: Builds a list of audit trail entries for all diagrams within a specified scope of diagrams.

Authorization Progress: Builds a list of the sign-off status for each authorizer on each diagram within a specified scope of diagrams. This can help to show where any delays exists in the authorization sign-off cycle.

Statement reports:

Linked Statements vs. Activity Links: Builds a list of all activity statement links within a specified scope of diagrams. It displays the difference between these activity statement links and the other statements from associated statement sets.

SAP Blueprint vs SAP End User Roles: Builds a comparison between the user roles specified in SAP Solution Manager and the actual usage of SAP transactions.

SAP End User Roles (Actual): Builds a list of all statement links to a SAP Solution Manager statement set and shows which transaction SAP users use. Note: This requires that a SAP Usage statement set has been imported for the Solution Manager set.

Statement Compliance Report: Builds a list of a matrix of statements and selected maps, indicating which maps have statement links and which maps do not. Note: Right-click a statement and choose Statement Audits to view and associated statement audit records.

Statement Link Audit Log: Builds a list of all statement audit log records within the specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the statement name, diagram name, etc.

Statement Link Audits: Builds a list of all activity statement link audit records within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the audit date, audit description, compliance statement, activity text, etc. Note: Right-click an activity statement link record and choose Open Audit Record to view the details of the audit record.

Statement Link Audits and Statement Data: Builds a list of all activity statement link audit records for a specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the audit date, audit description, statement, statement’s additional data, activity text, etc.

Statement Link Audits Audit Log: Builds a list of all statement link audits audit log records within a specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the statement name, audit description, audit status, etc.

Statement Links: Builds a list of all activity statement links within a specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the compliance statement, activity text, etc.

Statement Links and Statement Data: Builds a list of all activity statement links within a specified scope of diagrams and includes information such as the statement, statement’s additional data, activity text, etc.

Statement Set Usage: Builds a list of all diagrams within the specified scope of diagrams, and includes information such as the names of any Statement Sets that the diagram has any links to.

Statement Links and Related Statements: Builds a list of all activity statement links within the specified scope of diagrams for a selected statement set and includes information such as the statement name, additional data, activity text, etc. It also includes all statement-to-statement references for another nominated statement set.

Statement Audits: Builds a list of all statement audit records within the specified scope of statements and includes information such as the compliance statement, audit status, audit description, etc.

Statement Audits and Statement Data: Builds a list of all statement audit records within the specified scope of statements and includes information such as the statement, statement's additional data, audit status, audit description, etc.

Statement Details: Builds a list of all statement records within the specified scope of statements and includes information such as the statement name, status, description, etc.

Statement Usage: Builds a list of all statement records within the specified scope of statements and includes the total number of links to the statement.

Statement Audit Log: Builds a list of all statement audit log records within the specified scope of statements and includes information such as the statement name, status, description, etc.

Statement Audits Audit Log: Builds a list of all statement audits audit log records within the specified scope of statements and includes information such as the statement name, status, description, etc.

Statement Data, Links and Link Audits: Builds a list of all statements in the selected scope of statements and for each statement record includes all the statement links and for each statement link it includes all the statement link audit records.

Linked Statements: Builds a list of all the statements in the selected scope of statements and for each statement record includes all linked statements.

Administration reports:

System Options Audit: Builds an audit history log of changes to the System Options.

Action Management reports:

Action Category Totals: Builds a report that displays total actions for all categories and statuses.

Assignee Actions: Builds a report of all actions for a selected action category with associated assignee metadata fields (note that if the selected category is associated with an action assignee-related data table you will be presented with the option to apply filters against any of the data table fields). Note: Double-click an action to view the details.

Owner Actions: Builds a report of all actions for a selected action category with associated owner metadata fields (note that if the selected category is associated with an action owner-related data table you will be presented with the option to apply filters against any of the data table fields).
