Sign off a review

If you have been requested to review a file then it will appear in your action list from where you can sign it off.

 

 


 

 

1.From the Actions menu choose Action List.

 

2.Right-click the review item and choose Sign off.

 

3.Choose either Approve Review or Reject Review, enter your password and any relevant notes, then click OK.

 

Note: Rejecting a document will automatically display the New Change Request window, allowing you to create a change request based on the reasons why you have rejected the document.
