There are a number of reports that can be run against a scope of storyboards, including:
Feedback List displays a list of all feedback for a scope of storyboards. Usage Report displays a list of other storyboards where a selected storyboard is linked in. Statements Report displays a list of statements that are linked to activities referenced in a scope of storyboards. Acknowledgement Log Report displays a list of users that have acknowledged a scope of storyboards. Acknowledgement Progress Report displays a list of acknowledgement statuses for all assigned acknowledgers across a scope of storyboards. Acknowledgement Requests Report displays a list of acknowledgement requests across a scope of storyboards. Acknowledgement Summary Report displays a high-level overview of the acknowledgement progress across a scope of storyboards. Publishing and Downloads Log displays a list of storyboards that have been published and downloaded by users. Storyboard Dependency displays a list of all diagrams which are referenced by a scope of selected storyboards. (You can create a new storyboard from this report. See Creating a storyboard from a report).
1.From the Tools menu choose Storyboards. Note: If you want to report on a selection of storyboards or a storyboard folder then select the storyboards or storyboard folder before proceeding to the next step. 2.From the Tools menu choose a report to run. 3.Select the scope of storyboards to report on, then click OK.
