To update a master version of a storyboard you must unlock the draft to make any changes to the storyboard. After you have edited the storyboard, it must undergo another authorization cycle and then be promoted to replace the current published version.
1.In the Storyboard Management window (Tools>Storyboards), click the storyboard to select it. Note: You can select multiple storyboards to unlock by holding Ctrl. Alternatively, you can unlock all storyboards within a specific folder by selecting the folder. 2.From the Manage menu, choose Authorization and then Unlock Draft. 3.Enter your password and the reason for unlocking the draft. 4.Choose the scope of storyboards to unlock. Selected Storyboards will unlock all selected storyboards. All Storyboards will unlock all storyboards. Current Folder will unlock all storyboards in a selected folder. Current Folder and Child Folders will unlock all storyboards in a folder and all child folders. Storyboard Scope List will unlock all storyboards within a selected storyboard scope list file.
