This user help guide may be viewed by selecting this toolbar button:

The user guide is obtained from TIBCO's documentation web site by default. The user guide can be downloaded to your local file system or web server if your users do not have access to the internet. The Help and Support tab of the ArcGIS Extension options window is used to set the location of the downloaded user guide.
