Changes in Functionality

The Spotfire Service for Python version 1.11.0 has the following changes in functionality.

TERRSRV-951	The Node Manager service on Linux now runs with spotfire as default user instead of root As a result of this change, the Docker installation now requires creating a docker group and adding the spotfire user to that group.
