The title and other metadata of the analysis was never updated when the app connected to the server successfully, and an analysis was loaded from a custom web view. This resulted in the analysis appearing as "Startup Analysis" in the Recently viewed view.

The server identifier for the analysis was not retrieved when the app connected to the server successfully and loaded an analysis from a custom web view. Duplicates of the analysis appeared in the Recently viewed view each time the library web page was loaded from the server. This problem also resulted in no errors being reported in the embedded web view when a URL was loaded.
