Add nodes

When you finish installing and verifying the first Spotfire Statistics Services Manager node, the settings and configuration for the cluster are complete. Now, you can add additional Manager and/or Worker nodes.

The same settings are used when you install an additional Manager node or when you add a Worker node to the cluster. To provide failover capability and to minimize downtime we recommend that you use more than one Manager node in your cluster and set up a front-end proxy or load balancer.

Note: If you want to add a Manager or Worker node, you must use the same version of the installer that you used to install the first Manager node in the cluster.
