Installation Overview
By using the installer, you can run in GUI, console, or silent modes. Each mode is supported on all platforms.
GUI Mode
The installer presents panels to select the product, the location of the product, and so on. Double-click TIBCOUniversalInstaller.exe to invoke the installer to use GUI mode. Refer section GUI Mode for more details.
Console Mode
You can run the installer from the command prompt or the terminal window. This option is useful, if your computer does not have a Microsoft Windows environment. Refer section Console Mode for more details.
Silent Mode
The installer installs the product without prompting you for information. Silent mode, installs using either default or custom settings that are saved in a response file. Refer section Silent Mode for more details.
