The DocumentState type exposes the following members.

 | hasUnsavedChanges | Value indicating whether there are unsaved changes in the document. Note that there can only be unsaved changes when the document is in editing mode. |
| isEditing | Value indicating whether the Spotfire UI is in editing or viewing mode. |
