Configuring the JBoss EAP Enabler
The following topics describe how to set up Silver Fabric to run JBoss EAP server. Note that, JBoss EAP enabler supports running standalone server instances. Managed Domain is not supported.
- Running Standalone JBoss EAP Server
The following procedure describes how to run a standalone JBoss EAP Server. In this configuration, Silver Fabric engines run individual self-contained servers that do not communicate with each other. On activation, the engine deploys archives contained in the component to the server. - Running Clustered JBoss EAP Server
You can configure Silver Fabric to run with multiple JBoss EAP Partitions (clusters). In this configuration, engines running a JBoss EAP J2EE component act as worker nodes in a cluster. Components with the same multicast address are each, a node, on a JBoss EAP cluster. Providing different multicast address for J2EE components creates multiple JBoss EAP partitions. These multiple clusters can reside on the same network as well. - Configuring SSL for JBoss EAP Components

- About Archive Management
The JBoss EAP enabler can dynamically manage the set of application archives that are deployed and running on JBoss EAP servers. This consists of archive detection, context URL detection, archive scaling, and continuous deployment operations.
