As part of Network Deployment Cell with a Silver Fabric Deployment Manager Enabler
This procedure is used to run all the components of a WebSphere Network Deployment Cell under Silver Fabric environment. A Deployment Manager, a managed Application Server and Node Agent all runs on Silver Fabric engines forming a complete WebSphere Network Deployment Cell (a Deployment Manager is a central point of administrative control for all elements in a WebSphere Application Server distributed cell).
In this mode, two Silver Fabric Components are configured and run. One based on WebSphere Deployment Manager enabler that represents Deployment Manager. The other Component based on enabler for WebSphere Application Server that represents managed server and node agent that connect to the Deployment Manager. A Silver Fabric engine starts a Deployment Manager, then, one node agent server per node, and each available engine instance can run one instance of a managed Application Server.
