Admin Agent for Rules and Alerts
You can specify rules and alerts based on the aggregated data for SLA management, however you can do that using the Admin Agent.
The Operator view in SPM Admin Agent shows up all the hierarchies in the ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6 schema hosted by the SPM server. You can create rules for ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6 hierarchies and also receive alerts on the Operator view Alerts dashboard.
