Disabling a user account makes it impossible for the user to log in to
Spotfire, but keeps their record in the system for reference or for enabling them again in the future.

Procedure

Log in to
Spotfire Server and click
Users & Groups.

Under
Manage, select
Users.

On the
Users page, right-click the user account that you want to disable, and then click
Disable.
Note: To disable several user accounts at the same time, select each account, right-click one of them, and then click
Disable.
Results
The disabled account appears greyed out in the Users list.
