Creates a deployment area.

Overview
Use this command to create a deployment area. See also manage-deployment-areas.
Options

Required | none | The name of the area. |

Optional | none | The path to the bootstrap configuration file. See Bootstrap.xml file for more information about this file. |
| Optional | none | The configuration tool password used to decrypt the database password in the file bootstrap.xml. If the tool password is omitted, the command prompts the user for it in the console. Refer to Bootstrap.xml file. |
| Optional | false | There can be only one area with a given name. If this flag is set, then a check is performed to see an area with this name already exists. If so, then no attempt is made to create this area. |
