Setting a group as a subgrop to another group
A group can have other groups as a member.
Before you begin
Procedure
- Log in to the Spotfire Server web administration pages and click Groups.
- On the Groups page, double-click the group to which you want to add other groups (use search if you have a long list of groups).
- Click Add groups and select the groups you want to add as subgroups.
- Click Add groups in the dialog when you are done.
What to do next
(Optional) Assign preferences to the group. Preferences are set in the Administration Manager in Spotfire Analyst.
