[-b value | --bootstrap-config=value]
[-t value | --tool-password=value]
	 Overview
Use this command to list the number of unique named users for certain
		  licenses on the server.

Note: A user is counted only once, and the count is for the most
advanced license the user is assigned. System users, such as Spotfire
Automation Services and Scheduled Updates, are not included in the named-user
			 count.

		- For a comprehensive report of feature licenses set on the server, which you can then read in Spotfire, see show-licenses.
 - For more information about how named-user license counts are defined, see Determine license counts for client applications.

This command might take some time to run.
