Revokes either a specific code signing certificate or all certificates for the specified user from a start date and up until now.

Overview

Use this command to revoke either a specific code signing certificate or all certificates for the specified user from a start date and up until now. To remove a previously imported root certificate, issued by a certificate authority (CA), see remove-code-signing-root-certificate.

Options

Option Optional or Required Default Value Description
-b value | --bootstrap-config=value
Optional none The path to the bootstrap configuration file. See Bootstrap.xml file for more information about this file.
-t value | --tool-password=value
Optional none The configuration tool password used to decrypt the database password in the file bootstrap.xml. If the tool password is omitted, the command prompts the user for it in the console. See Bootstrap.xml file.
-s value | --start-date=value
Required none The date from which to revoke certificates, formatted as yyyy-mm-dd (e.g. '2020-12-31').
-u value | --username=value
Optional none The name of the user to revoke certificates for. The --serial-number and --username arguments are mutually exclusive.
-n value | --serial-number=value
Optional none The serial number of the certificate to revoke, formatted as a hexadecimal string. The --serial-number and --username arguments are mutually exclusive.
