You might need to take this step when you are troubleshooting the lack of available Spotfire Web Players instances because the current instances reflect the status "Exhausted."
Procedure
- Follow steps 1 and 2 in Manually editing the service configuration files.
- Open in a text editor or XML editor the file Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.exe.config (Spotfire.Dxp.Worker.Host.dll.config for Linux installations).
- Set the property
WebPlayer_AverageCpuLoadExhaustedLimitto-1. - Save and close the configuration file.
- Follow steps 4 and 5 in Manually editing the service configuration files.
