Report Configuration: Output Options
Expand a report configuration in the tree view, and select Output Options to display these options in the properties page.
Place Spreadsheets in Report using HTML format
Select this check box to send results spreadsheets (if any are generated from the Analysis Configurations that generate results for this report) to the output report in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) format.
Resize Spreadsheet in Report
A report may be displayed compressed to a smaller scale if it has many rows and columns.
Before printing your report, you can re-size the spreadsheet in it. For viewing or printing, you can drag to maximize or minimize a spreadsheet horizontally or vertically up to a factor of 2.
- Select the handles of the frame that appears around the spreadsheet.
- Adjust them to make the spreadsheet larger or smaller.
- To maximize it, drag it out to its full actual size (as large as it will go).
- To minimize it, drag it smaller to half its actual size (as small as it will go).
Select this check box to send the generated report automatically to the current workstation’s default network/local printer.
File (Path and file name)
Select this check box to send the generated report to a specified local or network file. Note that the path must be readily accessible by all workstations running this report.
Browse
Click this button to display the Open dialog from which to select a file as the destination for the output report.
Open file with associated application
Select this check box to launch the application associated with the file selected as the destination for the output report. (if a *.doc file was specified, Microsoft Word will launch after the report has been generated and will display the specified Word document).
Save PDF file in landscape format
Select this check box to send the output report to a Portable Document File (PDF), which can be viewed using the Adobe Systems Acrobat reader or another compatible reader. The PDF document will be formatted as a landscape view page.
Save Report to Web Enterprise reports
Select this check box to create the generated report as a Web Enterprise Report for users to review in the Statistica Server Report Viewer. Note that the Web Enterprise Report network location must be properly configured and accessible to the user running the report (see System Options - Statistica Server).
Select this check box to email the report. The Mail Notification system options must be set before emailing. Note that, in order to define the format of the report ( RTF or PDF), change the file name information in the File option described above.
