Data - Auto Filter - Set as Selection Conditions

Once auto filter criteria have been specified, select Set as Selection Conditions from the Data – Auto Filter submenu to display the Spreadsheet Case Selection Conditions dialog box. The options in this dialog box are completed using the current auto filter criteria. Review the criteria and click OK to set the auto filter criteria as selection conditions for the current spreadsheets. After selection conditions are set for a spreadsheet, only those cases that meet all selection conditions are used in analyses and graphs.
