Note: When the ISO 21747 option button (located in the Select standard group box) is selected on the Quick tab, the name of this dialog box is ISO 21747 - Process Capability Setup.

When the DIN 55319 option button is selected on the Quick tab, the name of the dialog box is DIN 55319 - Process Capability Setup.

Select the Method option tab to access options for specifying the computational method for each appropriate time distribution model.
