General ANOVA/MANOVA and GLM Notes - Specifying Within-Subjects (Repeated Measures) Univariate and Multivariate Designs

The following topics discuss various types of common within-subject (repeated measures) ANOVA and MANOVA designs. Note that with the ANOVA/MANOVA module only designs with a single repeated measures factor can be analyzed. Use the General Linear Models (GLM) module to analyze complex multi-factor repeated measures designs.

One-Way Within-Subjects (Repeated Measures) ANOVA
One-Way Within-Subjects (Repeated Measures) ANOVA with Multiple Dependent Measures (MANOVA)
Multi-Way Within-Subjects (Repeated Measures) ANOVA Designs
Multivariate (MANOVA) Multi-Way Within-Subjects (Repeated Measures) Designs
Between-Within Univariate (ANOVA) and Multivariate (MANOVA) Designs
