Workspace Node: Two-Way Joining Clustering - Results - Quick Tab

In the Two-Way Joining Clustering node dialog box, under the Results heading, select the Quick tab to access the following options.

Element Name Description
Summary: Two-way joining graph Select this check box to produce a graphical representation of the results of the two-way joining procedure. Specifically, the reordered data matrix is represented in a discrete contour plot.
Descriptive statistics for cases (rows) Select this check box to produce a standard spreadsheet with means and standard deviations for each case (i.e., row of the data matrix) across variables (columns of the data matrix).
Descriptive statistics for variables Select this check box to produce a standard spreadsheet with means and standard deviations for each variable (i.e., column of the data matrix) across cases (rows of the data matrix).
Reordered data matrix Select this check box to produce a standard spreadsheet with the complete data matrix, reordered according to the results of the two-way joining computations. Note that the goal of this procedure is to simultaneously cluster cases and variables, that is, to move similar data points together as closely as possible by reordering the columns and rows of the data matrix. Refer to Hartigan (1975) for a detailed description of this procedure and its applications.
