Six Sigma Button

Click the button to display a system of Six Sigma shortcut menus. Six Sigma methodology and management strategies provide an overall framework for organizing company wide quality control efforts. These methods have recently become very popular, due to numerous success stories from major US-based as well as international corporations. For reviews of Six Sigma strategies, refer to Harry and Schroeder (2000), or Pyzdek (2001).

The submenu commands that are displayed after clicking the button provide shortcuts to the modules and specific analytic facilities in those modules that are commonly part of Six Sigma management strategies. These are organized into the categories of activities that make up the Six Sigma effort: Define (D), Measure (M), Analyze (A), Improve (I), Control (C); or DMAIC for short.
