ISO 21747 / DIN 55319 - Process Capability Setup - Normality Tab

When the DIN 55319 option button is selected on the Quick tab, the name of the dialog box is DIN 55319 - Process Capability Setup.

Select the Normality tab to access the options described here.

Tests for normal distribution and normal momentary distributions

This group box contains options to specify various tests of normality.

Lilliefors test (modified Kolmogorov-Smirnov probabilities)

Select the Lilliefors test (modified Kolmogorov-Smirnov probabilities) check box to perform the Lilliefors test for normality.

Shapiro Wilk's W test

Select the Shapiro Wilk's W test check box to perform the Shapiro Wilk's test for normality.

Epps-Pulley test

Select the Epps-Pulley test check box to perform the Epps-Pulley test for normality.

p value: (fail test if p<..). Enter the p-value that defines statistical significance for the tests of normality.
