Customize - Menu Tab

Select the Menu tab of the Customize dialog box to access options to select menus to which you want to add commands or macros. The easiest way to add a command is to select a menu and click on the Command/Macros tab. Then highlight the desired command in the Command box and drag it to the menu. To add a macro to a menu, select a menu and click on the Command/Macros tab. Then highlight the desired macro in the Command box and drag it to the menu.

Application frame menus
Use the options in the Application frame menus group box to view the application frame menus (also known as pull-down menus) for the various types of applications. A description of the selected menu is available under the Reset button. You can also review descriptions in Application Frame Menus.
Show menus for
In this list box, you can select the menu you want to edit. The selected menu will be displayed at the top of the application regardless of what type of window or document was active when this dialog was launched. For example, when Graph is selected, the graph menu bar will be available at the top of the application even if you do not currently have a graph open on the desktop. Once the menu is displayed, you can switch to the Commands tab and drag and drop the commands you want to add to the menu. A complete list of application frame menus is listed here. Reset
Click the Reset button to reset the currently selected menu. Resetting the menu will undo any additions you have made by resetting the menu to its default composition.
Reset All
Click the Reset All button to reset all of the menus. Resetting the menus will undo any additions you have made by resetting the menus to their default composition.
Menu animations
Use this list box to select the menu animations you want to use. Note that this option applies to all menus (both application frame and shortcut menus).
None
When None is selected, there will be no menu animation (i.e., the entire menu will open when it is selected).
Unfold
When Unfold is selected, the menus will unfold as they are displayed (i.e., the menus will seem to unfold from the top left corner to the bottom right corner).
Slide
When Slide is selected, the menus will slide open (i.e., menu items will be displayed one at a time, from top to bottom).
Fade
When Fade is selected, the menus will appear faded before coming into focus.
Context menus
Use the options in this group box to add commands to various context (or shortcut) menus.
Select context menu
When you choose a shortcut menu in this box, it will be displayed to the right of the Customize dialog. Once the menu is displayed, you can switch to the Commands tab and drag and drop the commands or macros you want to add to the menu. For a complete list of shortcut menus, see the Context Menu Overview. If you don't want to display a shortcut menu, select the dashed line (the first option).
Reset
