Nonparametrics Statistics Notes - Observed vs. Expected Chi-square

You can evaluate the fit of data (frequencies) to any arbitrary set of expected frequencies. Select Observed versus expectedX² on the Nonparametric Statistics Startup Panel - Quick tab to display the Observed vs. Expected Frequency dialog box, in which you select 2 variables, one containing the expected and another containing the observed frequencies. The standard Chi-square value is then computed.
