You are authorized to use the TIBCO StreamBase Standard Adapters as part of the Licensor Software or Product according to the terms of your End-User License Agreement.
The TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapters delivered with TIBCO Streaming, TIBCO StreamBase (all editions), TIBCO Live Datamart (all editions), or TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams must be licensed separately prior to use. If a TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapter is not listed on your Order Form, then you are not entitled to use that TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapter included with TIBCO Streaming, TIBCO StreamBase (all editions), TIBCO Live Datamart (all editions), or TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams.
Effective with TIBCO Streaming and TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams versions 10.4.0, customers may no longer obtain licenses to individually named TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapters and must instead obtain one of the SKU options described below.
You may purchase a unit of the TIBCO Streaming Premium Adapter SKU rather than a named adapter. This SKU unit permits you to use, at a given point in time, any one of the TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapters with your licensed version of TIBCO Streaming, TIBCO StreamBase (all editions) or
TIBCO Live Datamart (all editions). The SKU option allows you to switch between different named adapters provided that, at any one instant, you are only using a single TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapter.
In order to use any TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapter with TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams, you must purchase a unit of the TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams Premium Adapter SKU. This SKU unit permits you to use, at a given point in time, any one of the TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapters solely with your licensed version of TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams. The SKU option allows you to switch between different named adapters provided that, at any one instant, you are only using a single TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapter with your licensed version of TIBCO Spotfire Data Streams.

You acknowledge and agree that the StreamBase Standard and Premium Adapters may require separate subscriptions and/or licenses in order for you to access the third party platforms with which an adapter is intended to connect, and that it is solely your responsibility to obtain such subscription and/or license from such third party platform provider.

As a condition of obtaining a license from TIBCO for the following TIBCO StreamBase Premium Adapters, you must have a valid and current subscription to the applicable third party service to which the adapter connects: TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Activ Financial, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Alpha EMAPI, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Bloomberg BPOD, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Bloomberg B-Pipe, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Bloomberg Server API, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Bloomberg Tradebook FX, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for OSIsoft PI System, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for PlusFeed from Interactive Data, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform for Real-Time contribution, TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform for Real-Time publish, and TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform for Real-Time subscribe. By way of example, in order to obtain a license from TIBCO for the TIBCO StreamBase Adapter for Activ Financial, you must have a valid subscription agreement with Activ Financial allowing you access to an Activ Financial content platform.
