LiveView 10.6.4 adds the following updates and new features:
- LiveView Servers Port Assignment is Now Dependent on the Environment the Server is Run in.

When a LiveView project in Studio does not have HOCON to specify the LiveView port, the default port will be 10080. If 10080 is otherwise not available, Studio will increment the port number by one until it finds the free port.
