Reason Codes

This section describes the Substation ES reason codes.

  The following table describes the reason codes for the Substation ES commands and parameters.

• CICS Reason Codes
  When a message is recorded by the Substation ES CICS interfaces, it has a return code value of greater than zero (0). Normally, errors returned to the application program or reported by system modules have a return code of greater than four (4).

  The following table describes the codes for the Substation ES interface states that are displayed in various messages.
