UoW Table
There are no more entries available in the Substation UoW table. One of the following might be the cause for this:
- The table size is too small. Do not make the table larger than 1024 without consulting your TIBCO representative.
- The system is busy and the Substation dispatching priority is low.
- The Substation ES trace level is set very high (4 or 5) so that Substation is not doing much other than tracing.

| User Response: Correct the issue and retry. Substation will most likely proceed to execute normally. If the condition persists, contact TIBCO Support with information about the error and your Substation log and trace files.

Substation ES is processing a shutdown request by posting its subtasks and threads to stop processing and to exit normally.
