Statement Sets

Statement sets are a hierarchical set of regulatory and auditable statements that, if followed, ensure compliance to specific business and legal requirements, such as ISO 9000/14001/17799, CMMi, internal company policies, etc. Individual statements can be linked to related activities and reports can be run that identify which processes relate to which statements.

Administrators and Authors who are Statement set managers can view the Statement set library in the Web Server.

Creating Statement Links


Attach statements to activities.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click Statement set library.

3.The Statement set library panel will open. You can search for statement sets by clicking in the text field and typing your search text. The list of statement sets will be filtered as you type.

4.Click on the statement set that you want to add statements from.

5.Click and drag a statement on to an activity.

6.Click Save and then Done.

Removing Statement Links


Remove statement links from activities.

Procedure

1.Click Edit diagram.

2.Click the activity that you want to remove a statement link from.

3.Click Edit.

4.Under Statement links in the Links tab, select the check box of the statement link(s) that you want to remove, and then click Remove x statement link.

5.Click Save and then Done.

 

Adding Additional Information to Statement Links


Add additional information to statement links.

Note: A statement link data table must be associated with the statement set in order to allow additional information to be added to the statement link.

Procedure

1.   Click Edit diagram.

2.   Click the activity that contains the statement link.

3.   Click .

4.   Add your text into the Additional link information field.

5.   Click OK.

6.Click Save and then Done.
