Unlocking Diagrams

A diagram is locked from editing if it has the status Authorization pending, Promotion ready or it's a Master version. The draft diagram must be unlocked to allow further editing.  Only authors and administrators can unlock a draft diagram.

Procedure

1.Click the Processes link on the navigation bar and navigate to the diagram you want to unlock.

2.Click View draft.

3.Click and then Unlock diagrams.

4.Select the scope of diagrams to unlock and then click NEXT.

5.In the Notes field, enter the reason for unlocking the diagram.

6.In the Password field, enter your password.

7.Click UNLOCK.
