DataTableIsRefreshableByNeed Property

Spotfire 14.3 API Reference
Gets a value indicating whether this table is refreshable by need, that is, it supports RefreshOnDemandData calls and uses the NeedsRefresh property to indicate if refresh is needed.

Default is false.
