Starting a Persistence Service Administrators have full responsibility for persistence service configuration and operation. Procedure Configure persistence clusters and services using the FTL server interface. Configure persistence in the FTL server configuration file. Assign each FTL server to manage a distinct named persistence service. Configure other parameters as appropriate. If a state file exists, check that it is current. If it is stale, remove it. For more information, see Saving and Loading Persistence State, and Restarting a Persistence Service with Saved State. Start the FTL servers on their host computers. The FTL servers start and manage their persistence services.
