Prerequisites

You must have edit permissions to be able to copy the selected diagrams.

The diagrams to be copied must be unlocked if they are in draft status. For more information about unlocking process diagrams, see Unlocking Process Diagrams.

Procedure

1.Click the Process link on the navigation bar and navigate to the process you want to copy.

2.You can search for the diagram you want to copy. You can also scroll down and select it from the process names displayed in the Diagram explorer. Click the  icon next to the process diagram you want to copy to a new map and click Copy to new map.
Alternatively, click More on the top right hand corner and select Copy.

3.In the Copy to new map dialog box that opens, select the folder you want to copy to and click Next.

4.By default, the Map name input box is populated by the current diagram name if it has one. If you want a new name, type a new name for the map.

5.Select all the objects associated with the diagram that you want to copy with the diagram. Click Copy to new map.
You can see the progress of the copy action in the Progress manager. If the copying action fails, you can click the Details link in the Progress manager to see the reason for failure.
