Acknowledgers are users that are assigned to storyboards in order to request their acknowledgement of a storyboard in the Web Server.
Note: When creating a new storyboard, the storyboard must first be saved before acknowledgers can be assigned. If one or more users do not have access to any of the storyboards that you are assigning them to then you will not be able to proceed. A dialog will list which users do not have access to which storyboards; you can either remove them from the list of acknowledgers, or seek to provide access for these users.
1.From the Tools menu choose Storyboards. 2.Select the storyboard(s) that you want to assign acknowledgers to. Hint: Hold Ctrl to select multiple storyboards. 3.From the Manage menu choose one of the following options: Manage Draft Storyboard>Draft Acknowledgers Manage Master Storyboard>Master Acknowledgers
4.Select the scope of storyboards to assign acknowledgers to. Selected Storyboards will assign acknowledgers to any storyboards that you have selected. All Storyboards will assign acknowledgers to all storyboards. Current Folder will assign acknowledgers to all storyboards in a selected folder. Current Folder and Child Folders will assign acknowledgers to all storyboards in a folder and all child folders. Storyboard Scope List will assign acknowledgers to all storyboards within a selected storyboard scope list file.
5.Click 6.Search for and add the required users, user groups and/or resources. 7.Click OK.
To remove acknowledgers: Click the user(s) or user group(s) to select them and click
Resending Acknowledgement Requests to New Acknowledgers If an acknowledgement request has been sent out for a scope of storyboards and new acknowledgers are assigned, you can resend the acknowledgement request to these new users. See Requesting acknowledgement for further information.
