Create a statement set folder |
![]() ![]() ![]() |
Statement sets can be organized in folders. This not only helps to facilitate the management of statement sets, especially if you have many statement sets in your repository, but it also provides additional statement set security as access rights can be assigned to folders. Note that users must have access to both a statement set and the folder that it resides in to view and/or edit the statement set. Only administrators, statement set administrators and statement set managers can create, edit and delete statement set folders.
1.From the Tools menu choose Statement Sets. 2.From the Edit menu choose Create Folder. Note: Folders can be nested within other folders. To create a sub-folder of an existing folder, you must select the parent folder first. 3.In the Folder Name text field, enter a name for the statement set folder. 4.Click the Folder Access tab to define access rights. Default Access Rights By default, all authors will have read/write access to a statement set folder. You can change this to provide read only or access denied to all users not specified in the Specific User Access Rights panel.
Specific User Access Rights You can specify separate access rights on the statement set folder for specific users and/or user groups. Access rights defined here will override the default access rights.
To define access for specific users or user groups, click Add
5.Click OK.
Note: To add a statement set to a folder, simply click and drag the statement set on to the folder. To edit or delete a statement set folder, right-click the folder and choose either Edit Folder or Delete Folder.
