Define a Primary Email Contact

Primary Email Contacts are notified when draft storyboards are unlocked. Primary Email Contacts can be set to either the owner or author of a storyboard.

1.In the Storyboard Management window (Tools > Storyboards), select the storyboard that you want to assign a Primary Email Contact to.

Note: You can assign a Primary Email Contact to multiple storyboards in one operation by holding Ctrl to select storyboards. Note that this will replace the existing Primary Email Contact on the selected storyboards. Alternatively, you can assign a Primary Email Contact to all storyboards within a specific folder by selecting the folder.

2.From the Manage menu choose Primary Email Contact.

3.In the Primary Email Contact panel, select either Owner or Author as the Primary Email Contact.

4.In the Scope panel, choose the scope of storyboards to assign the Primary Email Contact to from the following options:

Selected Storyboards will assign the contact for all selected storyboards..

All Storyboards will assign the contact to all storyboards.

Current Folder will assign the contact to all storyboards in a selected folder.

Current Folder and Child Folders will assign the contact to all storyboards in a folder and all child folders.

Storyboard Scope List will assign the contact to all storyboards within a selected storyboard scope list file.

5.Click OK.
