Resources

You can use central and local resources in your diagrams. However, local resources are disabled by default. To use local resources, the option to enable local resources must be turned ON by administrators.

When this option is ON, you can switch between the central and local resources library on the Resources page and the Resources panel when editing a diagram.

To enable the local library resource setting

1.On the navigation bar, click the Settings link.

2.Click Resources.

3.On the Resources page, select the Allow local resources to be defined on Process Maps option.
