Exporting Details-on-demand

In a visualization, you can mark items to investigate them further. For example, in the Details-on-demand panel, you can view the data rows underlying what is marked. The content in this panel can be exported to a PDF document.

1. If the Details-on-demand panel is not visible on the current analysis page, select View > Details-on-demand on the menu bar.
   The Details-on-demand panel is displayed on the right-hand side of the page.
2. In a visualization, mark the items of interest.
   The data rows included in the marked items are listed in the Details-on-demand panel.
3. On the menu bar, select File > Export > To PDF.
   The Export to PDF dialog is displayed.
4. Beneath What to export, select Details-on-demand.
   Note: Often all content is not visible in the Details-on-demand panel, so a horizontal and/or vertical scroll bar are added to the panel. The content that is not visible can be included in the export as well.
5. To export also what is not visible, select the Export entire table check box.
   The following check boxes are displayed:

   Check box	Description
   Columns first, then rows	Details-on-demand content that fills up more than one PDF page is by default exported so that rows are exported first and then the columns: Select this check box to instead export the columns first and then the rows:
   Repeat column headers	Select this check box to display column headers on each PDF page on which the Details-on-demand content continues.
   Repeat frozen columns (only available if a number of frozen columns has been specified for the Details-on-demand table in the installed client)	Select this check box to display the frozen columns on every PDF page on which theDetails-on-demand content continues.

6. If you want, use the general settings in the dialog to modify the PDF output.
7. Click Export.
