The resource pool that is associated with a scheduled update determines the number of Web Player instances that are available to open an analysis.

In addition, the dialogs "Create rule" and "Edit rule" contain the setting Number of instances, which indicates the number of instances in the selected resource pool that are available for displaying the analysis.

If you expect a large number of users to access an analysis, consider enlarging its resource pool. For instructions, see Adding resources to resource pools. Also make sure that the Number of instances setting is correct.
