Spotfire® Server and Environment - Installation and Administration

Users cannot log in

Two conditions can cause users to not be able to log in to Spotfire Server. The causes and resolutions for these problems are described in this topic.

In both conditions, users cannot log in to Spotfire Analyst or the web client. Administrators can fail to log in to the Spotfire Server administration interface. Both of these conditions result in LDAP errors being generated. You can find the error codes in the server logs.
