Getting Started

This tutorial is designed for beginners who want to configure a SAP adapter.

All the operations are done in TIBCO Business Studio. See TIBCO Business Studio Overview to get familiar with TIBCO Business Studio.

Before using the adapter for development, ensure you have prepared the SAP system as described in Preparing a SAP System.

A basic procedure of configuring a SAP adapter includes:

  2. Creating and Configuring an Adapter Configuration
  3. Adding an Adapter Service
  4. Starting an Adapter Configuration
