Before using the Entity Event Source activity, you must establish a connection between the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server and the Entity Event Source activity; otherwise, the Entity Event Source activity will not work.
The Entity Event Source activity is used to listen to the Create, Update, and Delete user events triggered on specified entity records.
