A Dynamics CRM palette is added after installing TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Note: The existing Dynamics CRM palette is also called Dynamics CRM SOAP palette. The activities in this palette use SOAP calls to communicate with the server.
