Deprecated

TERR 6.1.9 bundles libxml2 (v2.13.9). This will be removed in a future TERR release.

This change affects only libxml2-dependent packages on Linux. On Windows, CRAN provides the required libxml2 binaries within packages. Linux users must obtain a compatible libxml2 to run packages that require it.

Removed

Windows Server 2019 is no longer a supported operating system for TERR.
