Introduction to the Tools
ibi MDM provides a collection of tools that help you view and download logs and configuration files; view the status of a node, a cache, and index entities of ibi Patterns - Search, delete records from a repository, and run utilities.

From the Tools menu, you can access the following tools:
| Tools | Description |

| Downloading Logs | Download logs that are available in the log directory of the ibi MDM server. |
| Configuration Files | View and download the ibi MDM configuration files. |
| Query Tool | Debug customer environments when securing database details. |
| Viewing Application Performance | View the status of the ibi MDM server or node. |
| Cache Status and ibi Patterns - Search Index Entities | View the status of the cache and index entities of ibi Patterns - Search. |
| Clear Data | Delete records from the specified repository. |
| Utilities | Run various utilities. |
