Define access rights on storyboards |

User access rights can be defined on both the draft and master versions of a storyboard.
1.From the Tools menu choose Storyboards. 2.Select the storyboard or storyboard folder and choose one of the following options: •Manage>Manage Draft Storyboard>Draft Access Rights •Manage>Manage Master Storyboard>Master Access Rights Note: You can select multiple storyboards to assign access to by holding Ctrl. 3.Select the Default Access Rights. Read and write allows users to view and edit a storyboard. Read only allows users to view but not edit a storyboard. Access Denied prevents users from viewing and editing a storyboard. 4.If required, add access rights for specific users and/or user groups by clicking Add 5.In the Scope panel, select the scope of storyboards to apply the access rights to. Selected Storyboards will apply the access rights to any storyboards that you have selected. All Storyboards will apply the access rights to all storyboards. Current Folder will apply the access rights to all storyboards in a selected folder. Current Folder and Child Folders will apply the access rights to all storyboards in a folder and all child folders. Storyboard Scope List will apply the access rights to all storyboards within a selected storyboard scope list file.
6.Click OK. |
